Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp. seasoning salt
1/4 c. diced bell pepper
1/4 c. minced onion
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Drain pineapple.
Soften cheese and mix all ingredients, reserving 1 cup pecans.
Shape into 1 large ball or 2 small balls or into a log shape and roll in the reserved pecans.
Chill. Serve with your favorite crackers.
