Quick Chicken And Rice Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. boneless, skinless chicken (about 6 oz.)
1 tsp. oil
2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
1 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. Minute rice
Preparation
-
Cube chicken.
Cook and stir chicken in hot oil in large saucepan until brown.
Add broth, water, vegetables and seasonings.
Bring to boil.
Reduce to low heat.
Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Stir in rice.
Cover and remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Serves 7.
