Pear-Tuna Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pears, halved
    6 oz. tuna
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 oz. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. lemon rind, grated
    1 Tbsp. imitation mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Cut 4 thin slices off pear and save for garnish. Chop remainder of the pear in a shallow baking dish. Gently combine the pear and tuna. Mix the remaining 5 ingredients and add to the tuna-pear mixture. Stir gently. Top with pear slices. Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
