Mexican Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    5 oz. pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles.
    Set aside.
    Saute meat and onion; drain.
    Pour in baking dish.
    Blend tomatoes and soup.
    Put noodles over meat. Pour soup mixture over top.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Cook in 400\u00b0 oven until cheese melts.
