Louisiana Rolled Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    3/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    15 oz. trimmed boneless pork loin
    parsley and crab apples or lady apples for garnish (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0.
    Line a roasting pan with foil.
    In a small food processor or with a mortar and pestle, crush the garlic, paprika, salt, black, white and red peppers, thyme and dry mustard.
    Set aside.
