Weight Watchers Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean meat (ground beef)
    1 large can tomato juice
    1 large can bean sprouts, drained
    4 oz. can mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chili powder or to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat and add with other ingredients.
    Simmer about 20 minutes.
    Serve with rice or pasta.
    Twelve protein and free vegetables for the whole pot.
