Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, separated
    1/4 c. soft butter
    2 c. flour
    coarse salt
    salt
    pepper
    milk
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
    Beat egg yolks until lemony.
    Work the butter and egg yolks into the flour with hands or a spoon.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Roll out; slice and shape as desired.
    Brush pretzels with milk and sprinkle with coarse salt.
    Bake on cookie sheets in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes; turn once.
