Potatoes Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 1/2 c. Cracker Barrel cheese, shredded
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can creamed chicken soup
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1/4 to 1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix onion, hash browns, shredded cheese, sour cream and soup. Place in baking dish.
    Top with mixture of cracker crumbs and melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
