Ashley Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chunky peanut butter
    1 c. corn syrup
    1/2 c. sugar
    6 c. Special K cereal
    1 pkg. chocolate chips (milk chocolate)
    1 pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    In a large pot on medium heat, melt and mix peanut butter, corn syrup and sugar.
    When melted, mix in and coat Special K. Turn into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Let cool 5 minutes and shape by pressing lightly with spoon into pan.
    In a double boiler or in a medium pan on low, melt chips together.
    When smooth, spread on top of bars.
