Fat Free Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

Mazola cooking spray
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/4 c. Argo or Kingsford corn oil starch
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 egg whites
1/2 c. Karo light or dark corn syrup
confectioners sugar (optional)

Preparation

Popcorn without using oil.
Season to taste with any of the following items:
chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, grated Parmesan cheese or cinnamon.
If popcorn is sprayed with non-stick vegetable coating while hot, the seasoning will adhere more easily.
