Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1/2 c. or more sugar
    4 eggs
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    5 slices bread, cubed
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar in bowl.
    Add eggs; beat well.
    Stir in pineapple and bread.
    Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until lightly browned.
    Serve hot or cold.
    Yields 6 servings.
