Mini Swiss Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. heavy cream
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    48 cream cheese pastry shells
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until transparent.
    Mix onion with cheese.
    Stir together egg, cream and dry ingredients.
    Combine the 2 mixtures.
    Fill pastry shells 2/3 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 48 tarts.
