Chocolate Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 sq. chocolate, melted
    4 c. hot milk
    2 c. stale bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt the chocolate over hot water.
    Add the sugar and 2 cups of the hot milk. Cook until mixture is smooth.
    Soak the bread crumbs for 20 minutes in the other 2 cups of hot milk; combine chocolate mixture with crumbs; add the slightly beaten eggs, salt and vanilla.
    Pour in greased baking dish. Bake in a slow oven (325\u00b0) for 1 hour or until a silver knife inserted comes out clear.
