Sweet And Sour Pork Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

roast or 2 inch thick pork chops
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 c. white vinegar
2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
4 tsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation

Brown pork, bone side down at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Mix sugar, water, white vinegar and green peppers.
Heat on stove until sugar is dissolved.
Mix cornstarch, water, paprika and parsley flakes. Add to vinegar mixture.
Pour over pork.
Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
