Yeast Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 or 3 c. bread flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 egg
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix 1 cup of flour,
    sugar,
    salt
    and yeast. Combine milk, water and margarine in a
    2
    cup
    glass measure. Heat in microwave until liquids are
    very warm, about 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
    Gradually add liquids to
    dry
    ingredients
    and beat 2 minutes at medium speed with
    electric
    mixer, scraping down sides of bowl occasionally.
    Add egg
    and
    6
    tablespoons flour.
    Beat at high speed 2 minutes, scraping
    down
    sides of bowl occasionally. Remove mixer. Stir in enough
    flour to make a stiff dough.
