Tamale Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
3/4 c. water
1 can cut green beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 pkg. corn muffin mix
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
12 oz. cheese spread, cubed
Preparation

Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
Grease and flour 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Lightly brown ground beef in large skillet.
Drain.
Add garlic powder and seasoned salt, chili powder and tomato paste and mix well.
Stir in water.
Gently fold in beans and corn.
Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
