Diet Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large (46 oz.) can tomato juice
    2 (1 lb.) bags French string beans
    2 c. boiling water
    3 beef cubes
    3 chicken cubes
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    4 or 5 carrots, chopped
    1 small head cabbage
Preparation
    Put the beef cubes, chicken cubes, celery, carrots and cabbage into the 2 cups boiling water.
    Combine all the above ingredients; simmer for 2 hours.
