Grandmoo'S Chocolate Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs, separated
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
cream of tartar
confectioners sugar
1 pt. whipping cream
Preparation

Separate eggs.
Beat yolks with sugar until lemony and thick. Grease a flat cookie sheet with margarine; line with wax paper.
To yolks, fold in sifted flour and cocoa.
Beat egg whites until stiff and add vanilla and pinch of cream of tartar.
Fold in with egg yolk mixture.
Spread mixture over sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Take out.
Sprinkle towel with confectioners sugar and flip roll onto and over.
Spread roll with whipped cream (whipping cream with vanilla and confectioners sugar; make this the night before) and berries of your choice (raspberries taste the best). Fold up and enjoy!
