Potato Gunk - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 stick margarine, melted
1 c. very finely chopped onions
8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. corn flake crumbs
Preparation

Melt 1/2 margarine in saucepan; add corn flake crumbs. Set aside.
Mix all other ingredients (potatoes can still be frozen). Pour into a greased round casserole dish and top with buttered corn flake crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1
to 1 1/2 hours.
If flat square pan is used it usually only takes 1 hour.
