Lo-Cal Quick Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. can pumpkin
    1 egg
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    8 packets sugar substitute
    2 tsp. vanilla
    13 oz. can evaporated milk
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    2 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased pie plate. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
