Buffalo Chips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 sticks margarine, melted
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. raw oats
2 c. Post Toasties
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients, then stir in eggs and vanilla.
Sift flour, salt, soda and baking powder and add.
Mix in remainder of ingredients.
Mix in large bowl.
Drop by big spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Leave good space between cookies.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Makes 87 cookies.
