Butterscotch Banana Bread - cooking recipe

3 1/2 c. unsifted flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
2 c. ripe mashed bananas
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
1/2 c. melted oleo
1/2 c. milk
1 c. raisins, cut
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

In small bowl combine dry ingredients.\tIn a large bowl combine bananas, butter and eggs; mix until creamy.
Gradually add flour mixture alternately with milk.
Mix well.
Stir in 1 1/2 cups pecans and butterscotch morsels.
Pour equally into 2 loaf pans.
Sprinkle
2/3 cup pecans on top, if desired.
Bake 60 to 70 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool 15 minutes in pan.
