Caramel Fudge Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 caramels
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    1/3 c. milk
    3/4 c. margarine or butter
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt caramels, 2 tablespoons butter or margarine and Eagle Brand milk over low heat (preferably in double boiler); set aside.
    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    In a large bowl, combine cake mix, 3/4 cup margarine or butter, milk and nuts and mix.
    Press half of the mixture into the pan and reserve remainder for the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
