Salmon Party Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can red sockeye salmon
    3/4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    chopped pecans and parsley (to garnish)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and chill.
    Shape into a ball and roll in chopped pecans and parsley. Chill and serve with crackers.
