Forgotten Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. uncooked rice
1 1/2 c. water
1 fryer size chicken or appropriate pieces
1 envelope Lipton dry onion soup mix
salt and pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 13 x 9-inch casserole dish. Scatter rice in dish.
Place chicken over rice, salt and pepper to taste.
In mixing bowl, mix cream of chicken soup with water and pour over rice and chicken.
Sprinkle dry soup over top.
Cover with foil and cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours in preheated oven.
