Shrimp Creole #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. parsley
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 tsp. flour
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1 lb. can tomatoes (2 c.)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 lb. shrimp, cleaned
Preparation
    In skillet, mix shortening and flour.
    Make sure all lumps of flour are dissolved.
    Mix in all spices and saute (do not brown spices).
    Add tomatoes.
    Add enough water to make gravy.
    Simmer for 45 minutes with shrimp in gravy.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 6.
