Caramels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 box light brown sugar
    1 c. light Karo syrup
    2 sticks oleo
Preparation
    Combine the ingredients and cook slowly until candy thermometer reads 240\u00b0.
    Put on buttered broiler pan and let set overnight.
    Cut into squares and wrap in wax paper.
