Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped
3 c. thinly sliced Delicious apples
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 9-inch Bundt pan. Beat oil and sugar.
Add eggs and beat until creamy.
Add vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together 3 times and add to creamed mixture, blending well.
Add apples, nuts and raisins.
Stir to blend. Pour or spoon into prepared pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 10 to 15 minutes.
Cool on rack for 20 minutes.
Turn out of pan and cool completely before storing.
