Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. sweet potatoes
    white sugar
    brown sugar
    nutmeg
    cinnamon
    pineapple (optional)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. canned milk
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes.
    Remove water and peel potatoes.
    Slice potatoes lengthwise in a baking dish.
    Spread potatoes on the bottom of dish.
    Sprinkle sugar, brown sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon on potatoes.
    Layer potatoes and repeat seasoning process.
    On the top layer, chop 2 tablespoons of butter.
    Spread canned milk over potatoes.
    Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 40 minutes.
