Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cooked deboned chicken
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 medium onion
    1 small can chili peppers (optional)
    some grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Mix chicken, onion, both soups, sour cream and chili peppers together.
    Roll up in corn tortilla. Place in a well-greased casserole dish.
    Cover with Cheddar and Monterey Jack grated cheese and the rest of the mix and bake about 20 minutes.
