Yellow Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Blend Crisco and sugar; add eggs one at a time, beating well.
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add with milk, vanilla and lemon extract to shortening-sugar mix. Beat until smooth.
    Grease and flour a tube pan.
    Put batter in pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until cake tests done.
    Cool completely.
    Sprinkle cake with powdered sugar.
