My Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/3 c. Crisco oil
    2 large eggs
    3/4 c. buttermilk (with soda mixed in)
    2 oz. red color (this gives red velvet look)
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients in a 2-quart mixing bowl.
    Mix good.
    Make well in center.
    Add all the other ingredients.
    Mix good with electric mixer.
    Bake in three 9-inch cake plates at 350\u00b0.
