Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. roast pork (or ham diced)
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. green peas
    3 chopped green onions
    5 c. cooked rice
    2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. small shrimp (optional)
Preparation
    Heat 4 Tbsp. of oil in a pan.
    Pour in the beaten onion and eggs and stir fry quickly.
    When the eggs are in tiny pieces, remove them from heat.
