Fried Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 apples, peeled, sliced and cored
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter in frying pan.
    Add apple slices.
    Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over apples.
    Cover and cook over medium heat. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
    When apples are soft, remove from pan and serve.
