Frosted Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks margarine
1/4 c. baking cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 lb. confectioners sugar
6 Tbsp. cream or milk
3 to 4 Tbsp. baking cocoa
1/2 c. melted margarine (1 stick)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine flour and sugar in large bowl; mix well. Combine 2 sticks margarine, cocoa and water in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Pour into flour mixture; mix well. Add mixture of buttermilk and soda; mix well. Add eggs, 2 teaspoons vanilla and cinnamon; mix well. Pour into greased 11 x 15-inch cake pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until cake tests done.
