Hot Ketchup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 gal. tomatoes, chopped
    2 large onions
    2 Tbsp. pickling spice, tied in bag
    4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Boil together the first 3 ingredients until done.
    Drain in bag 1 hour or longer, then put through squeezer-strainer to remove seeds and skin.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Cook hard for 10 minutes, then can.
