Lemon Beans And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. green beans, washed
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
    rind and juice of 1 lemon
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place beans in boiling, salted water.
    Cook for 10 minutes. Cool beans under cold water; drain and set aside.
    Heat butter in frying pan.
    Add mushrooms and cook 2 to 3 minutes over high heat. Do not stir.
    Season generously with salt and pepper.
    Mix well. Cook for 2 minutes.
    Add beans, lemon rind and juice; cover and cook 3 minutes.
    Serve.
