Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts
    1 large onion, diced
    1 Irish potato, diced
    1 bell pepper, diced
    2 carrots, diced
    salt and pepper
    Worcestershire sauce
    Pam pan spray
Preparation
    Cut chicken into strips, spray pan with Pam.
    Brown chicken. Sprinkle about 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce on meat.
    Put vegetables into pan.
    Cook a few minutes, barely let them get done. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook on medium-high heat, keep stirred.
