Ham, Potato, Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 medium potatoes, sliced thin
    2 to 3 c. cooked, chopped ham
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add onion.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Stir in flour.
    Add milk and cook until thick.
    Beginning with potatoes, layer in casserole.
    Top with cheese.
    Cover; cook 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes longer.
