Stir-Fry Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower, cut up
    2 bell peppers, sliced
    1 large onion, quartered
    4 to 5 small zucchini, sliced
    2 tomatoes, quartered
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 to 2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Stir-fry first 4 ingredients in large skillet with butter. Cook, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Add tomatoes, garlic salt and cheese; cook an additional 5 minutes.
