E-Z Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light and fluffy, add the eggs and vanilla.
Beat well.
sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with milk until smooth after each addition.
Spread onto greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
Bake for 30 - 35 minutes.
