Lib'S Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage
salt and pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. Cheddar cheese, finely shredded
1 tube Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Cut up cabbage and steam approximately 2 minutes.
Put cabbage in a 9 x 13-inch greased dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour undiluted soup over this.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Crumble crackers and put on top.
Melt margarine and drizzle on mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
