Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 ripe tomatoes
3 slices bread, broken into pieces
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
Preparation

Cut a slice off top of tomato.
Scoop out and reserve center. Combine bread and dressings with 1 tablespoon of the oil and 2 tablespoons of the reserved tomato liquid.
Fill tomatoes with this mixture.
Place in a shallow pan and sprinkle with remaining oil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
