Caramel Nut Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cube margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. flour
1/2 c. Pet milk
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. powdered sugar
tad of vanilla
nuts (if desired)
Preparation

Boil first 4 ingredients for 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Add the 1/2 cup of brown sugar.
Stir well.
Add 2 cups powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts, if desired.
(Coconut may be substituted.)
