Vegetables In Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. fluid milk
    salt and pepper (as you like)
    3 c. drained or cooked vegetables
Preparation
    Heat butter.
    Stir in flour.
    Add milk slowly, stirring until smooth.
    Cook and stir until mixture is thickened.
    Add salt, pepper and vegetables.
    Heat.
    Makes 6 servings, 1/2 cup each.
