Molded Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. ginger ale
1 c. chicken, cut up fine
juice of 1 lemon
1 c. shredded carrot
1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Dissolve lemon jello in boiling water and then add the ginger ale.
Pour into bowl and cool.
When slightly jelled, add balance of ingredients and mix well.
Pour into mold rubbed with cooking oil.
Sliced olives may be placed in bottom of mold before salad is poured in.
