Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
    3 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    2 Tbsp. celery leaves
    5 green onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk or half and half
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup (optional)
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients and when cooked, mash with a masher.
    Carefully add the butter, flour and extra milk or cream just before serving.
    Heat thorough.
