Apple Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 small head cabbage, finely chopped
    1 small eating apple
    1 Tbsp. shredded carrot
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. water
    paprika
Preparation
    Core, do not pare, apple; dice finely.
    Immediately sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
    Toss together the cabbage, apple and carrot.
    Mix salt, mayonnaise and water; toss with first mixture.
    Sprinkle over paprika and some pepper, if desired.
