Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
    1 c. green bell pepper, diced
    1 c. onion, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimientos, drained
    1 c. cider vinegar
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a serving bowl. Heat vinegar and sugar until dissolved. Cool to lukewarm and pour over vegetables. Mix well and refrigerate until serving time.
