Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 can cream of celery or potato soup
    6 or 8 oz. Longhorn or Colby cheese
    butter or oleo
Preparation
    Place potatoes in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix sour cream and soup together and spread over potatoes.
    Cover with grated cheese.
    Dot with desired amount of butter or oleo.
    Cook 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
